Myotherapy (muscular therapy) is the assessment and management of joint, soft tissue and muscle dysfunction that causes pain and affects movement and mobility.
We use specific soft tissue techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, dry needling, and heat therapies. Rehabilitation of the injury or condition can be done through exercise and/or stretching prescription and corrective advice.

Kinesiology identifies factors which block the body's natural healing process. These dysfunctions are rectified by giving them attention allowing relaxation with the help of acupressure points and the use of specific body movements combined with nutritional support.
Reiki with Tibetan Grounding

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
